COMMON PROVISIONS

Anywhere s.r.o., with its registered office at Prague 6 - Bubeneč, Jaselská 6, Postal Code 16000, ID: 27905047, registered with the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 125507 (hereinafter "Anywhere")
Other recipients of personal data can be shipping companies and other subjects involved in the delivery of goods, providing services or payments on the basis of a contract, as well as subjects providing marketing services to the Administrator. The administrator does not intend to pass personal data to a third country (to a non-EU country) or to an international organization.

3. I acknowledge that I have the right:

to withdraw the consent at any time,
to ask the Administrator for information about what my personal data are processed,
request an explanation from the Administrator about the processing of personal data,
request access to these data and update or correct these data,
require the Administrator to erase some personal data, if permitted by law.

Object to the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, where profiling concerns this direct marketing.
I have an obligation to provide personal information, their provision is a requirement that is necessary for the conclusion of a contract.
